Thank God, God has compensated me with good, and I worked as an occupational health and safety consultant in one of the companies that qualifies factories and companies to obtain ISO.
Today was my first day at work and my first day in a civilian job. The funny thing is that after they used to call me Major Tamer, now they call me Engineer Tamer at the company because those who work in my field and those with me in the company are engineers, even though they know that I am originally an officer. The title Engineer is strange to me and I am not used to it, but I am still proud of the title that I attended the revolution with and the rank that I held the longest in the army (Major Tamer Badr).
God willing, I will quickly adapt to civilian life. I thank everyone who prayed for me in secret, and thank God that God has compensated me with something better.
