The world today is poised to be the world in which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) told us that many will worship the Antichrist
When I was young, I used to read the hadiths of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in which he described the time of the trial of the Antichrist and how people would be tempted by him and how people would worship him.
I was wondering how people would worship him while he was one-eyed and had the word “unbeliever” written between his eyes, and the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, had warned us against him and warned us about the trials that he would bring upon people?
For years I have been saying to myself that we are certainly not the Muslims that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned in the hadiths. We have not yet reached the level where we worship a man, prostrate to a man, die for a man, justify the killing of Muslims so that a man may remain, and kill our brothers in order to obey the command of a man.
But I lived to see that there are people who worship people, so what if someone comes to them who is a greater temptation than those people they worship, namely the Antichrist? We will certainly find more than what we see now who will worship the Antichrist.
I have lived and seen Muslims who glorify, praise, worship and prostrate themselves before men despite the faults, mistakes and corruption they saw in them.
The world today is poised to be the world in which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) told us that many will worship the Antichrist
