Responding to some of the criticisms of the book

My answers to some of the questions and accusations directed at me recently
1- You wrote a controversial religious book to escape the revolution after you felt that it had failed?
If you were in my place, would you run from being accused of being (Brotherhood member – security officer – traitor – planted by the revolutionaries) to being accused of being (igniting strife among Muslims – the Antichrist or one of his followers – crazy – misguided – infidel – apostate who must be punished and killed – a demon whispering to me to write to you – who are you to come up with something that contradicts what Muslim scholars have agreed upon – how do we take our beliefs from an Egyptian army officer – etc. etc.)? Am I, or is there a party behind me, that stupid to burn me like this and through a small book?
2- Your purpose in publishing a controversial book is fame and profits.
If my goal was fame, I would have sold my conscience long ago, changed my positions, stood with the politically strong side, and appeared on many satellite channels. This is very easy.
If my goal was profit, then ask any author how much he earns from his books. In addition to that, what is the financial reward that I will earn in exchange for being accused of blasphemy and madness, which will haunt me until my death because of this book of mine?
3- In this book, are you paving the way for yourself or someone you know to be the Mahdi?
It is commonly accepted among most Muslims that the Mahdi is an ordinary person whom God will reform overnight and who will be a just ruler and leader of Muslims. These are very ordinary characteristics, and it is possible for any Muslim to claim to be the Mahdi, using a vision or other similar arguments that you hear from those who believe they are the Mahdi periodically.
But in my book, The Awaited Messages, I set difficult conditions that are only met by the messengers: that God Almighty inspires him and that God Almighty supports him with a great proof directed to the entire world, not just Muslims, such as the splitting of the moon, for example, and that he says that he is the Messenger of God and a warner with the Sign of the Clear Smoke, and that his call is Islam and not another religion. This is in addition to his characteristics that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, told us about and which you all know.
If I were preparing for myself or someone else, would I set all these impossible conditions for myself when the conditions previously known were much simpler than these conditions?
If any of you finds these specifications in someone, let him send them to me so that I can be one of his followers. As for me, I do not have these specifications that I have put in my book.
If any of you read my book, you will realize in many parts that the matter of the Mahdi is much greater than me or anyone else.
All that matters is that God Almighty has granted me a small amount of knowledge, which I feel is a great trust that I must convey to you. Please consider me well, as for the past eight years, all my actions and behaviors have been misinterpreted due to mistrust.
I am ready to answer any other questions you may have.
