Ceux qui \u00e9tablissent une distinction entre l&#039;islam et toutes ces id\u00e9es modernes ne comprennent pas la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 de l&#039;islam et ne lisent pas l&#039;histoire du Proph\u00e8te (paix et b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions d&#039;Allah sur lui) et de ses nobles compagnons, que Dieu les agr\u00e9e, de mani\u00e8re juste et \u00e9quitable. C&#039;est pourquoi l&#039;\u00c9tat en islam avait ses propres caract\u00e9ristiques, tout comme le syst\u00e8me de gouvernement en islam avait ses propres fondements\u00a0: la servitude envers Dieu, la justice, la consultation et son obligation, l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9, l&#039;ob\u00e9issance aux autorit\u00e9s, l&#039;obligation de les conseiller, la responsabilit\u00e9 du dirigeant ou du pasteur et sa soumission au contr\u00f4le du pouvoir judiciaire et de la nation, l&#039;unit\u00e9 politique de la nation, la garantie des droits et des devoirs, et la libert\u00e9.
