One day, Omar ibn al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, addressed the people and advised them not to exaggerate in the dowries of women. He explained to them that if exaggeration in dowries were an honor in this world or the hereafter, the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, would have done so. However, he, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not give any of his wives or take anything for his daughters except a small amount.
One of the women stood up and said bravely: O Omar, Allah gives us and deprives us. Doesn't Allah the Almighty say: (And if you have given one of them a great amount, do not take back from it anything)? A great amount of money is a large sum of money. Omar realized the correctness of the woman's words and the beauty of her citing the noble verse, so he changed his mind and said: The woman was right and Omar was wrong.

The question here
Is a woman more knowledgeable in religion than Omar?
Did the woman claim that our master Omar did not understand anything about religion at all because she disagreed with him on this issue only?
Was our master Omar infallible and knew everything about religion, so that no one was allowed to contradict him in any religious matter that he told people about?

The same situation applies to my violation of the consensus of scholars.

All scholars, including Ibn Kathir, Al-Shaarawy, and others, have my respect and appreciation. My knowledge is not worth a mosquito\u2019s wing compared to their knowledge.

Also, all these scholars, including me, are subject to the words of God Almighty: \u201cAnd of knowledge you have been given only a little.\u201d

In the end, I am like a woman who disagreed with the opinion of our master Omar on one issue, but did not disagree with him on all his opinions.

Also, all scholars, including Ibn Kathir and others, have little knowledge compared to the knowledge of our master Omar, so they are not infallible.

Just because I disagreed with the consensus of scholars on one issue does not mean that I disagree with them on all their opinions and efforts, nor does it mean that I know more than them.
I will continue to agree with the consensus of scholars in all the knowledge they have presented, as long as it does not contradict the Qur\u2019an and Sunnah.<\/strong>
Please stop the repeated comments that I claim to be more knowledgeable than Ibn Kathir and who are you to contradict the consensus of scholars and other repeated accusations.
