The success of the revolution depends on good intentions
Unfortunately, I tell you that the January 25 Revolution has failed and will not succeed unless we renew our intentions. By intention, I do not mean only eliminating injustice and achieving justice, freedom, and human dignity. Rather, intentions must include supporting God Almighty in liberating Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The suffering and injustice we are experiencing is due to our abandonment of jihad in the way of Allah. Even if we struggle and revolt only to remove the suffering and injustice without having any intention of jihad to liberate Al-Aqsa, Allah will not remove from us the humiliation, disgrace and suffering we are experiencing until we pledge to Allah to support Him. Only then will the revolution be victorious.
As for us revolting to achieve justice, dignity and freedom in order to live a comfortable and prosperous life after that, I tell you that you will not get what you ask for and the revolution will not succeed in the end.
Are you satisfied with the life of this world?
Unfortunately, I must say that most of those who participated in the revolution had no intention of waging jihad to liberate Al-Aqsa. Many others only intended to gain power, gain fame, eliminate injustice, or achieve a dignified and comfortable life like those in European countries. None of these intentions are sufficient for God to grant victory to our revolution.
The fault lies with all of us, and God will not help us unless we help God first (If you help God, He will help you). Now we are asking God Almighty to help us first, without any intention on our part to help Him. The noble verse is clear and explicit that we must help God first, and then God will help us after that.
We have abandoned jihad for the sake of Allah and we will not understand this absent obligation. Most of those fighting now in the name of jihad do not understand anything about jihad and distort the image of jihad.
Despite all of this, I am confident that the era of epic battles and jihad is coming soon, inevitably, and in a very short time we will wake up from what we are in. But how? I do not know. We are waiting for a miracle for people to wake up from what they are in.
I am not asking that each of you take a knife or a gun and head to Palestine to liberate it, but I am asking you to renew your intention that your goal, after the success of the revolution and the removal of injustice, is to liberate Al-Aqsa afterwards. Only then will God grant victory to our revolution and grant us victory. As for the strongest armies in the world, we are no less than our ancestors who preceded us when they defeated the Persians, Romans, Mongols and Crusaders when they were fewer in number and equipment.
Renew your intention for God's sake so that God may grant us victory
