There is a leader who does not feel for his subordinates. He only orders them without participating with them or feeling for them. Therefore, they do not like him and do not complete the work to the fullest.

There is a leader who feels his subordinates, as he orders them and is with them in the front, where he encourages them and motivates them, as he feels them, and thus they love him and accomplish the impossible for him and for the sake of accomplishing the mission.
