I deleted the post that included the legal articles that led to my retirement until I verified the numbers of the laws because I am not a legal expert, and whether I left because of Article 138 of the Military Penalties Law or Article 138 of the Service and Retirement Law, I am being judged based on these laws as well, which is why I was retired.
The charges against me were as follows:
1- Failure to obey military orders issued to him to return to his unit.
2- Expressing political opinions through the internet and the media.
3- Being present in his military capacity with the demonstrators in Tahrir Square and speaking in that capacity with the media.
4- Creating a Facebook page calling on members of the armed forces to go to Tahrir Square to join the protesters
5- Absence from the unit from 23/11/2011 until his arrest on 8/12/2011, a period of absence of 16 days.
6- He posted videos on YouTube in which he appeared in his military capacity and his speech included criticisms and opinions about the SCAF's management of the country.
7- He committed an act that would weaken the spirit of military order, obedience and due respect for superiors in the Armed Forces through the media, and his speeches carried an objection to the military junta calling for their dismissal, which would weaken the spirit of military order, obedience and due respect for superiors.
8- Appearing online on YouTube without being authorised to do so.
However, I will not delete the comment that corrects a mistake in the legal articles that I may have made. Rather, I will publish it and thank Ms. Sarah Mustafa, who follows me well and corrects any mistake I write. May God increase the number of people like her.
Although I disagree with some of what you mentioned, but not all of it.
