When I learned that the Egyptian national team had arrived in Grozny, I remembered my attempts at jihad in Chechnya, that Muslim country that had been occupied for several centuries and in which thousands of Muslims were killed defending their land.
I consider the people of this country to be among the most suffering Muslims and at the same time the most jihadist Muslims. Chechnya has always been a thorn in the side of the Russians throughout their history and even now. The day will come when you will hear their jihad again against the Russians. This has been their custom over the past centuries.
For those who do not know what Grozny and Chechnya are, I will tell you a brief summary of their struggle, and for those who want details, they can search for them on the Internet.
In the early 18th century, following a long period of fierce resistance, Russia invaded Chechnya under Peter the Great and annexed it in 1870.
There were subsequent Chechen revolutions to gain independence that failed and thousands of Muslims were martyred.
During the reign of dictator Stalin, Chechens were deported to Siberia, but approximately 27 percent of them died of starvation.
The communist massacres against Muslims in Chechnya continued until they reached their peak during the First Chechen War (1994-1996) and the Second Chechen War (1999), in which Chechen Muslims struggled to gain independence.

Note:
This article is to inform you of the history of our Muslim brothers in this land that witnessed thousands of massacres committed against our Muslim brothers, the Chechens, and it has no other purpose.
