(((And We have not sent any messenger except in the language of his people to explain to them, so that Allah may lead astray whomever He wills and guide whomever He wills, and He is the Almighty and the Wise.)

Yesterday, while I was reading the Quran, I stopped at the fourth verse of Surat Ibrahim: “And We did not send any messenger except with the language of his people to state clearly to them. Then Allah leaves astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.”
When I read that verse, I was seized with a state of terror and I reread it several times. Every time I read it, I kept in mind that the Mahdi would be a messenger. My only concern was to answer the question about my situation and the situation of the rest of the Muslims who would witness that great tribulation. Who are those whom He will lead astray and who are those whom God Almighty will guide? What are the chances of God Almighty guiding me when the Mahdi appears? I am the one who says that the Mahdi will be a messenger. What are the chances of God guiding the believers that the messengers have ended and that God Almighty will not send another messenger?
Apparently, the result will be known, but in the end, guidance is by the will of God Almighty, and He grants it to whomever He wills among His servants. So the call of the Mahdi, his message, and his warning of the torment of the smoke will be a great trial for the people. Some of them will go astray after being guided, and some of them will be guided by God Almighty.
As it was mentioned in the noble hadith (The hearts are between two of His fingers, He turns them as He wills), so O Allah, O Turner of hearts, make my heart firm upon Your religion.
O Allah, increase my knowledge, and do not let my heart deviate after You have guided me.
