The relationship between the book and the visions I saw
Many thought that my book, The Awaited Messages, was an interpretation of visions of the signs of the Hour, and that I had used visions in writing this book.
I tell them that I am not so naive as to base my legal rulings on visions. Anyone who reads my book will not find in the 400 pages a legal ruling that I included in my book based on visions. All the evidence that I included in my book was from the Qur’an and Sunnah, and there is not a single piece of evidence that I included in my book based on a vision that I had.
The real beginning when I wrote my book was before the dawn prayer on May 2, 2019 AD in the mosque where I was reading the Qur’an as usual before the dawn prayer was held, so I stopped at the verses of Surat Ad-Dukhan that talk about the verse of the torment of smoke. God Almighty said: {Rather, they are in doubt, playing (9) So await the Day when the sky will bring forth a visible smoke (10) Enveloping the people. This is a painful torment (11) Our Lord, remove from us the torment; indeed, we are believers (12) How can they receive the reminder when there has come to them a clear messenger? (13) Then They turned away from him and said, “A mad teacher.” (14) “Indeed, We will remove the punishment for a little while. Indeed, you will return.” (15) “On the Day when We will strike with the greatest strike. Indeed, We will take revenge.” (16) [Ad-Dukhan] So I stopped reading suddenly as if I was reading these verses for the first time in my life because of the mention of a messenger described as “a clear messenger” in the midst of verses that talk about the events of Ad-Dukhan and that will happen in the future. Since that date, I began to search, and this was not a vision I had seen.
I admit that I have had many visions, the interpretation of which I later realized was that I would go through a period of affliction due to a reform in my faith, but I did not know the nature of this affliction until I began writing and publishing my book, The Awaited Messages. At that time, I realized the interpretation of those visions, and these visions had no relation to the content of my book.
I admit that there were two visions that were the main reason for the suffering I have reached now, and because of those two visions I made two decisions without my will or desire, and both visions were after seeking guidance from God.
The first vision was a vision of the book and a verse, “So wait, for they are waiting,” on September 17, 2019. This vision was after I sought guidance from God regarding whether I would complete writing and publishing my book, The Awaited Letters, or not. I did not want to continue writing and publishing the book, knowing full well the problems that would befall me and that would continue with me throughout my life. However, the interpretation of the vision was the opposite of what I wanted, and therefore I made the decision to continue writing and publishing the book without my desire, and that vision has nothing to do with any legal ruling that I put in my book.

The second vision is the vision of Sheikh Ahmed El-Tayeb and the book of awaited messages on January 13, 2020. It was after the publication and distribution of my book. I intended to publish my book only without defending it or even discussing it because I know that I have entered a losing battle, and that in the end it is not my battle, but the battle of a coming messenger whom God Almighty will support with clear evidence. Meanwhile, I do not have a miracle to prove what is in my book. Therefore, I wanted to be satisfied with publishing my book only based on the first vision and without entering into jurisprudential battles with the scholars of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif. However, after performing Istikhara (prayer for guidance), I had a vision of entering into that battle, also without my desire, and because of it, I submitted my book to Al-Azhar Al-Sharif for review. This vision has nothing to do with the content of my book either.

These two visions, which I relied on to make two fateful decisions, caused me to enter into a losing battle that I did not want to enter into, and caused me to be accused of being an apostate and insulted by people against my will. These two visions had nothing to do with the content of my book.
I don't know whether the decisions I made based on those two visions were correct or not. However, I can confirm that the visions I had have no connection to any of the religious rulings I outlined in my book, "The Awaited Messages."
