Is it permissible for me to hear our Lord Almighty speaking in a vision? February 5, 2019

Is it permissible for me to hear our Lord Almighty speaking in a dream without seeing Him, as happened to me in my last dream when I heard God Almighty say in His voice, “Indeed, I will place a representative on earth”?
I am an ordinary human being and not a prophet so that I can hear the voice of God Almighty, as He says in His Almighty saying: “It is not for a human being that God should speak to him except by revelation or from behind a veil or by sending a messenger to reveal, by His permission, what He wills. Indeed, He is Most High and Wise.” (Ash-Shura: 51)
Is it possible that my last vision was a nightmare or from the devil, so that the devil could manipulate me and drive me crazy?
Then the context of the last vision is strange because at the beginning of the vision I was asking God Almighty about the reason for the cessation of the visions of the prophets, and the answer from God Almighty was (Indeed, I will place on the earth a successive authority), and this has no relation to my question or what was going through my mind before I slept.

Is this a true vision or from Satan to mislead me and I mislead you?
Yesterday, I was in my car thinking about the dream, so I turned on the Holy Quran radio and suddenly I heard this verse: “It is not for a human being that Allah should speak to him except by revelation or from behind a veil or by sending a messenger to reveal, by His permission, what He wills. Indeed, He is Most High, Most Wise.” What does this mean? Is it a denial of the dream that I saw, or what?
I wish someone who understands would answer me so I can rest easy.
