I believe this vision is directly related to the vision I had the day before yesterday about the moon splitting on February 14, 2020. 
The vision
I saw that Australian citizens had converted to Islam after they saw the miracle of the splitting of the moon. Then I saw a girl in front of me who I believe was Portuguese standing in front of me and wanted to declare her conversion to Islam after she saw the miracle of the splitting of the moon. So I spoke to her in Portuguese and said to her repeat after me (I bear witness that there is no god but Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah) in Portuguese while I was crying. So she repeated the two testimonies after me (knowing that I do not really know anything about the Portuguese language).
Then the scene shifted to me standing alone on the top of a building crying intensely. My brother Tariq Badr came up to me while also crying and took wet sand from the roof in his fist and threw it on my head and body several times while saying to me: Why did you do that? So I took wet sand from the roof in my fist and threw it on his face and body at once.
